Dairy and food fittings

Tri-Clover food and diary fittings are a trusted and proven solution.  Manufactured to all 3A standards, all product surfaces are polished to 32 microinch Ra or better.  Our durable bends, tees and reducers feature exact angles with tight tolerances and uniform wall thickness.

Looking for a custom fittings solution?  Specialty fittings are available, including 88° and 92° bends when an additional 2° slope is needed for improved drainability.

Bio-Pharmaceutical fittings

More and more, customers are installing Bio-pharmaceutical fittings into their food and diary plants.  Manufactured to comply with all 3A, ASME and BPE standards, each fitting has a contact surface finish of 20 microinch Ra with PD and PM electropolished finish options available at a contact surface of 15 microinch Ra.

Material Test Reports (MTR)

All Bio-pharmaceutical fittings include an MTR in-bag.  Detailed reference and heat cert information is listed on each MTR as well as chemistry, mechanical properties, and raw material specifications.
